Our Door Supervisors undergo a variety of different training courses in addition to their SIA training to ensure they are kept up to date with the knowledge and skills to keep all customers and members of the public safe. These courses include Welfare and Vulnerability Education (WAVE), Safety Check and Notify (SCaN), and Action Counter Terrorism (ACT). Vectra Security Solutions keeps close communication with local Police Forces and Licensing Officers of any or new training courses which become available.
